ATTN; My Good Friend, I am Mr. Mike Lawson, Head of
Auditing Department of INVESTMENT BANKING & TRUST COMPANY( IBTC ) NIG.
PLC, I am writing to inform you that a CASH-PAYMENT of $850,000 has been
approved for immediate payment, after the accounting year ended 31st
Dec. 2007. This CASH represents an interest yield accrued from the Fixed
Deposit of $8,500,000, deposited by our major client (Your Relative)
Late Aldo Nicolas, an Investor /Business tycoon , on July 2002, which
attracts an interest of .02% per annum. This interest ($850,000) has
been calculated on the bases of the first five years of deposit, which
is due on 31 July 2007. Completing the first five years. After the death
of our clients (Aldo Nicolas ) on 22nd December 2002, the Bank has made
every effort to locate his family and all the effort were in vain. I am
therefore writing you with two reasons: 1- You both are foreigners.
Which makes this claim effective and efficient 2- His LAST WILL AND
TESTAMENT gives his Lawyer express authority to nominate the benefitiary
of his estate. And finally to inform you that after auditing of the
bank's yearly transaction as at 31st Dec. 2007, I discovered that this
interest of .02% has not been paid for the past five starting from
July.2002 -July.2007 and has been accrued to the tune of $850,000. for
the first five years ending 31st July, 2007, thereby carrying-forward
the total balance of $9,350,000 (Principle Amount + Interest Accrued) to
the year 2008 Accounting Period (AP). I am expecting to hear from you as
soon as possible inorder to effect this claim immediately. Best Regards.
